The former site of the Second German Navy Battalion Headquarters Building is in the German Renaissance style, with a structure of brick, stone and wood. It has a floor area of 1,515 square meters. Its plane is in an irregular shape.

It has a base built with square granite blocks, yellowish-brown walls smeared with ash, and strip stones embedded between floors. Its roof has multiple sloping surfaces. The main facade faces south, with the middle part protruding from the wall surface, corner stones on the corners, and a triangular gable arched on the top. Now it serves as the guest house of the railway branch bureau.
